I volunteer at a community group - how do I put my junior youth club sessions on the go oldham website?
Any voluntary, community or faith group can get their activities up on the Go! Oldham website by contacting Adele at the Hub on 0161 621 9392 or emailing thehub@positivestepsoldham.org.uk. If you are going to be updating activities regularly Adele can organise some trianing for you so that you can add your own activity details.
How do I find out about training for my volunteers?
How do I find out when the next Alliance Meeting is in my area?
Click on Alliance Area Groups in the top bar on the website - then click your area on the map, this takes you to your Alliance Group Area, where you can view past minutes of meetings and find out when the next meeting is. In this section you can also see who attends the meeting, which organisation they are from and get their email address!
I've heard people talking about integrated working but I don't know what it means. Can you help?
Sure! Integrated working is where everyone supporting children and young people, work together effectively to put the child at the centre, meet their needs and improve their lives. This means that the way people work will be changing, people from different services, organisations and groups will be coming together to work better together. To find out more about integrated working please email thehub@positivestepsoldham.
