Al Haqq Foundation is a non profit making organisation which aims to build bridges in the community by engaging with people of all backgrounds.
We aim to promote understanding and tolerance through a wide range of projects that bring people together.

The Asha project offers a mix of services for children, young people and their families aiming to promote health, well being, enjoyment and achievement in the Westwood and Coldhurst areas of Oldham.

Whatever the issue from drug misuse to disability; youth crime to mental health; sexual abuse to domestic violence; poverty to homelessness; Barnardo’s believes we can bring out the best in every child. We run almost 400 projects around the UK.

We create a caring, safe environment in which friendship between young people, children and adults can be established; and helps young people and children to grow in confidence, develop their skills and abilities, and work together.
We are responsible for ensuring that GMP provide an effective service. Consultation with the public is the ‘bread and butter’ of what we do – it is one of our core legal duties and listening to the views of young people is particularly important to us.
